This can happen occasionally, and it's usually because all the balls are temporarily stuck in the ball delivery system.
Don't worry, it's an easy fix! Here's what you can do:
Look through the bay ball collecting tunnel : Check if you can see any balls stuck in the tunnel leading to the tee-up mechanism.
If you see balls stuck: Gently push them towards the centre of the bay. This will clear the blockage and allow the system to resume delivering balls automatically.
Still no balls? If pushing the balls doesn't work, simply send us an email. They'll be happy to assist you and get the game back on track quickly.
Important Note: For safety reasons, please never attempt to forcefully retrieve balls yourself.
