Welcome to EZ Golf Canada! Before you tee off, please take a moment to review our Terms and Conditions. These guidelines ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all. Your use of our facilities implies acceptance of these terms. Swing safely and have a great time!

Release and Waiver of Liability

By entering our facility, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from entering our facility.

cancelation policy

Change of plans? Cancellations will incur a 5% cancellation fee, equivalent to the total reservation amount. Please note that NO refunds or cancellations within 24 hours of your booking. If you need to cancel, just send us message directly using the link below,  and we'll help you out.

Code of conduct

  1. Food and Beverage Policy:

    • Food is not permitted inside the EZ Golf facility. However you are welcome to bring water or non-alcoholic beverages. Alcohol, smoking, vaping, and loud music are NOT allowed.
       

  2. Booking and Attendance:

    • The facility operates on a self-service basis, and there are no on-site staff members present.

    • Players are required to bring their own clubs as rental clubs are NOT available at any of our locations.

    • For security reasons, please refrain from opening the doors for others. Only customers and their guests are permitted inside the facility.
       

  3. Maintaining a Quiet Environment:

    • We kindly request all golfers to maintain a quiet atmosphere within the facility. Excessive noise is discouraged to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone.
       

  4.  Instruction and Lesson:

    • We welcome individuals who wish to share their expertise and teach at our locations. To ensure a smooth experience for all, we kindly ask that you check in with us before booking your session.
       

  5. Surveillance and Responsibility:

    • Please be aware that EZ Golf is under 24/7 video surveillance for security and safety purposes.

    • Guests are financially liable for any damages resulting from failure to adhere to rules, procedures, or due to reckless actions.
       

  6. Use of Golf Balls:

    • Exclusively use the golf balls provided by EZ Golf during your session.
       

  7. Respect for Designated Bays:

    • Golfers are not allowed to practice in adjacent bays that they haven't booked. Each group should utilize only their assigned bay during their session.
       

  8. Facility Closing Procedure:

    • If you are the last customer in the facility, all lights will automatically turn off 10 minutes after your session finishes.
       

  9. Turn Taking and Safety:

    • Only the golfer taking their turn is permitted on the turf. All other guests must maintain a safe distance behind until it's their turn to hit.
       

  10. Awareness of Surroundings:

    • Golfers and guests must prioritize the safety of those around them. Always check your surroundings before executing a swing.
       

  11. Supervision for Minors:

    • Golfers under the age of 18 must be supervised by an adult when playing.
       

  12. Lost Items:

    • ​Please note that EZ Golf is not liable for lost items. The safekeeping of your personal belongings is your own responsibility.
